Had my sons party there this weekend and staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful. One staff member told me that they were our party host along with another girl but honestly they didn’t interact with us at all. When we first arrived the girl at the counter was so unfriendly and unwelcoming. Staff are not friendly towards the kids at all. All the parents of kids at the party noticed the same issues. We were told the juice and water would be refilled, it wasn’t. Only plus is the kids had a great time bouncing, I mean what kid wouldn’t have fun on trampolines. I would disagree about the reviews saying that the venue was dirty, I certainly didn’t think that. It was fine. Also I wouldn’t agree that the equipment isn’t safe, the equipment is clean and safe. Management need to take the conduct of staff seriously and stop dismissing it as it seems a common theme in the reviews which I wish I had read first. they are quite rude and lazy with the exception of two of the boys who looked pretty annoyed with the fact that they were the ones getting left doing most of the work. Super disappointed as it is expensive to have a party there. Having been to a kids party at revolution in north lakes I would go there in future, staff are much nicer and more competent.

Had a great time at the actual arena, however the party services was just terrible , not attentive had no idea what the heck was happening had to go ask, no host to guide us. We were rushed out no communication what so ever, kid we’re still eating. Terrible customer service from the party staff.. however the staff at the front were fantastic! Wouldn’t recommend booking a party here. We also were offered a Ninja class but haven’t got that ?

The incompetence of your junior staff for basic health and safety rules is disgusting. We sign waivers but where is the duty of care? They pay no attention to their surroundings and frequently congregate to chat. While this was happening in my visit you had the ninjas in session. These children were not kept under control and were told to run laps of the gym at the start of the session. In doing this with the number of them, they paid no attention to their surrounds and my three year old was knocked over and trampled upon. Your staff witnessed this and did nothing but laugh. Seperate to this a male member of your staff made an off the cuff personal comment to my seven year old as he walked past him calling him ‘a smelly bum’ which was not warranted or appreciated. My child took great offence to this, so do I. 2 male staff members acted as if they were children, running around with no attention to their surroundings, knocking my three year old and 10 year old over with not a care whatsoever in the under 10’s only area. Shortly after this the worst offender of it all acted stupidly and injured his ankle and had to be carried out of the playground. The establishment is dirty and not well maintained. Many of the trampolines need repair. We will not be back.
